How do I choose my size?

Here is our size guide. We recommend measuring your foot length and selecting standard EU size. If you are between sizes, please choose one size larger.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping to the United Kingdom is completely free and takes between 5 to 12 business days via Aramex. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your sandals are shipped.

Are the sandals true to size?

Yes, the sandals are true to standard EU sizes. However, as they are hand-crafted, choosing a size slightly larger provides the most comfortable fit.

What's your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. If they don’t fit or you change your mind, contact us for an exchange or a full refund.

How should I care for handmade leather sandals?

Use a dry or slightly damp cotton fabric to clean the leather and beads. Avoid using detergents, and do not submerge the sandals in water.
